Kyle Larson, a three-time NASCAR All-Star Race winner, led the way in an hour and a half long practice session for Sunday’s NASCAR All-Star Race at Dover Motor Speedway.
Larson turned a fast lap time of 22.792 seconds (157.950 mph), which allowed him to pace the session by 0.018 seconds over Michael McDowell, who clocked in as the fastest driver not currently locked into the final segment of Sunday’s All-Star Race.
Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, and Ty Gibbs rounded out the top-five fastest drivers in NASCAR All-Star Practice on Friday afternoon at Dover Motor Speedway.
