Tyler Reddick went for a spin in the opening moments of his practice run in Saturday’s NASCAR Cup Series practice for Sunday’s The Great American Getaway at Pocono Raceway. Reddick rebounded from the spin to turn the fastest lap in the session with a 53.498 sec. (168.230 mph) circuit around the 2.5-mile triangular track.
William Byron was 0.092 sec. off of Reddick’s P1 pace. Martin Truex Jr., Bubba Wallace, and Michael McDowell rounded out the top-five fastest in the session.
