Cook Out 400 practice results 2024 NASCAR Cup Series Richmond Raceway option prime tire compounds who was fastest in nascar practice at Richmond?

Austin Dillon paced the field in Saturday’s NASCAR Cup Series practice session for Sunday’s Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway. Dillon’s best lap, which came on his second lap of the session, came on the Option tire compound. Dillon’s fast lap was 22.698 seconds (118.953 mph), which was 0.018 sec. faster than Bubba Wallace, who turned his fast lap on the Prime tire compound.

Christopher Bell, Martin Truex Jr., and Zane Smith rounded out the top-five fastest in the session.
