Here is the complete NASCAR TV schedule for Sunday, July 30 — it’s NASCAR Cup Series Cook Out 400 race day from Richmond Raceway!

Alright, folks strap on in, it’s time for 400 laps around the action track for the NASCAR Cup Series drivers. Sunday’s Cook Out 400 around the 0.75-mile Richmond Raceway is sure to be a fun one.

Tyler Reddick, who slapped the wall in the opening round of Saturday’s qualifying session, went on to score the pole for the race in Round 2 of qualifying.

Kyle Busch, who has three victories in his first season with Richard Childress Racing, will lineup from the outside of the front row.

Denny Hamlin, and Chase Elliott will make up row two on the starting grid.

Sunday’s television coverage will begin at 12:30 PM ET on FS1 with NASCAR RaceDay, FOX’s pre-race show. Following RaceDay, the coverage will shift to USA Network for the remainder of the day.

The official NASCAR Cup Series pre-race show will kick off at 2:30 PM ET and the race broadcast will start at 3:00 PM ET.

Sunday’s race will be broken into three stages. Stage 1 will end on Lap 70, Stage 2 will end on Lap 230, and the race is scheduled to end on Lap 400. However, overtime is always an option if a caution comes out with two or more laps remaining in the race.
