Post-race technical inspection following Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Alsco Uniforms 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway has been completed.

Josh Berry’s race-winning No. 8 Harrison’s USA JR Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Berry and his team the official winners of the race.

This victory marks the third of the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series season for Berry and it is the 31-year-old driver’s fifth-career NASCAR Xfinity Series win. With the win on Saturday, Berry is the first driver to chisel his name into the Championship4 battle for the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series championship race at Phoenix Raceway.

The No. 54 car, which was driven by Ty Gibbs, had one unsecured lug nut discovered in post-race inspection, which will result in a monetary fine for his crew chief Chris Gayle.

No other issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Saturday’s race are now considered official.

For the second-consecutive year in this event JR Motorsports swept the top-three positions. Noah Gragson, who hails from Las Vegas, finished runner-up, while Justin Allgaier came home third in the No. 7 JRM entry.

The Joe Gibbs Racing duo of Ty Gibbs and Trevor Bayne rounded out the top-five finishers in the race.
