
Zane Smith has had himself a day through Stages 1 and 2 in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series EPT 200 at Kansas Speedway.
The 21-year old has led 48 laps (a career-best) and has now swept the Stage Wins in Stages 1 and 2. Smith, a rookie of the year contender, now has three Stage Wins in the 2020 season.
Smith won Stage 2, but he had to hold off Matt Crafton who has methodically climbed his way to second.
Brett Moffitt ended Stage 2 in third and he was followed by Sheldon Creed and Derek Kraus in fifth.
Tyler Ankrum, Austin Hill, Chase Purdy, Christian Eckes and Todd Gilliland rounded out the top-10 in the Stage and scored Stage Points.
There was only one incident in Stage 2, a spin by Bryan Dauzat in his No. 28 truck on lap 42.
