It’s enough to make fans scream, “Yahoo!” On Thursday, Sam Hunt Racing announced that Corey Heim and Tyler Reddick will share driving duties of the team’s No. 26 Toyota GR Supra over the next three NASCAR Xfinity Series races thanks to primary sponsorship from Yahoo!

Heim, the 21-year-old full-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series racer, will slide behind the wheel at Iowa Speedway on June 15, and again at New Hampshire Motor Speedway the following week on June 22.

Reddick, the NASCAR Cup Series regular for 23XI Racing, will run the event at Nashville Superspeedway on June 29 for the organization.

The Sam Hunt Racing team is still searching for its first win in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition, but it may just kick the door to victory lane down over the next three weekends. Heim, a nine-time NASCAR Truck Series race winner, scored a fourth-place finish for the team at Richmond Raceway earlier this season. You would expect the Georgia native, who has made 10 NASCAR Xfinity Series starts over his career, to compete well.

But if Heim fails to notch the team’s first win, Reddick is a potent threat to do it. Reddick, a six-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner, has 10 wins in his NASCAR Xfinity Series career, and as a full-time competitor Reddick scored back-to-back NASCAR Xfinity Series championships in 2018 and 2019.

The 28-year-old Reddick is more than capable of scoring a win, which has to have team owner Sam Hunt licking his chops. It’ll be a very big three-race stretch, loaded with opportunity, for the SHR team.
