Kaulig Racing officially announced via Twitter that Kyle Busch will join their organization in the No. 10 All-Star entry for five races during the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series season.

In a press release, Kaulig Racing announced Busch’s five NASCAR Xfinity Series starts for the 2023 season.
Busch will run Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Phoenix Raceway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen International and Darlington Raceway for the team.
According to Busch, seeing how tenacious Kaulig Racing has been in its pursuits of wins in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and his partnership with Richard Childress Racing and Chevrolet, made this deal an easy one.
“I’m looking forward to having some fun in the Xfinity Series again,” said Busch. “What Matt Kaulig and Chris Rice have built in just a few short years at Kaulig Racing is impressive, and with the team’s alliance with Richard Childress Racing (RCR), this made for an easy decision to be back competing in a series that I’ve had success in over the years.”
Kaulig Racing is as excited as Busch is and the organization is proud to have one of the greatest drivers of all-time behind the wheel of their Chevrolet Camaros.
“Kyle Busch is a true competitor and will forever be known as one of the best – and winningest – NASCAR drivers of all time,” said Chris Rice, president of Kaulig Racing. “We’re excited to have a former Cup and Xfinity Series champion bring his experience and knowledge to our team. Kyle Busch, the all-time winningest driver in the history of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, will return to the series after a one-year absence. Busch made the announcement in the form of a dramatic video shared on Twitter.

Busch who “retired” from NASCAR Xfinity Series competition after the 2021 season, a year where he crossed the 100-career wins mark in the series, un-retired on Friday.
In that magical 2021 season, Busch scored the win in all five of his starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Overall, Busch has won 28.17% of the 362 NASCAR Xfinity Series races that he’s entered over the course of his career.
The video highlighted past retirement announcements from legendary players of other sports, such as Michael Jordan and Tom Brady, who then unretired afterward.
While Busch did not announce which team he will be running for in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023, he will certainly be piloting a Chevrolet, as he moved to Richard Childress Racing in the offseason.
Busch, by virtue of being a full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver, can only compete in five NASCAR Xfinity Series events per season and he is not allowed to compete in Dash 4 Cash events or the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs races.
Richard Childress Racing has two full-time NASCAR Xfinity Series teams, those cars are driven by Austin Hill and Sheldon Creed. The team will also have a part-time entry — No. 3 — with Ty Dillon running that car in five races in 2023. While Richard Childress stated at the announcement of Dillon’s races in the No. 3 Xfinity ride that the team would only field races for Dillon in that car in 2023, it is possible that the No. 3 team could add more races to the schedule for Busch this season.
Another option could be the All-Star No. 10 entry for Kaulig Racing, which has already announced Justin Haley, AJ Allmendinger, and Austin Dillon to its driver lineup for the 2023 season.
No matter where he races, be aware NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers and teams, as the man who has 102 victories in the series is back.
