Justin Allgaier put in a dominating effort on his path to his first win of the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season Saturday at Darlington Raceway. The driver of the No. 7 JR Motorsports Chevrolet Camaro led a race-high 119 laps in the 147-lap event, and in addition to collecting the trophy, Allgaier also swept Stages 1 and 2 earlier in the day.

Following the Crown Royal Purple Bag Project 200 at Darlington, Allgaier’s race-winning No. 7 BRANDT throwback Chevrolet Camaro passed post-race inspection, which allowed NASCAR to officially declare the driver and his race team as the official winners of the race.

This win marks the 24th NASCAR Xfinity Series victory of Allgaier’s career, which ties him with his JR Motorsports team owner Dale Earnhardt Jr., and Tommy Houston for 10th-most all-time.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings are now considered official.

The No. 1, 00, 20, and 21 cars will be going back to the NASCAR R&D Center for further teardown inspection.

Austin Hill was the official runner-up finisher in the race, and he was followed across the finish line by Cole Custer, Sam Mayer, and Aric Almirola inside the top-five.

Parker Kligerman, Riley Herbst, Jesse Love, Sheldon Creed, and Brandon Jones rounded out the top-10 finishers.
