As Ryan Ellis moves to the No. 71 Chevrolet for DGM Racing during the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, a longtime sponsorship partner has decided to make the move with him. Classic Collision will join Ellis for at least 10 races in the upcoming season beginning with the season-opening United Rentals 300 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, February 15.

2025 will mark the third season of the partnership between Ellis and Classic Collision, a partnership that Ellis is humbled by.

“I’m truly thankful for Classic Collision’s continued support of our program,” Ellis said in a DGM Racing team release. “It’s so amazing to see how far this partnership has come since our first race together in 2023. We’ve gotten to know so many Classic Collision team members across the country, and now that we’re going into our third year together, we are excited to see familiar faces at each of these races. While we have some really big on-track goals set for 2025, there is no bigger goal for our team than to continue to grow the success of this partnership with Classic Collision for many years to come.”

DGM Racing and Ellis also revealed the new look for his Classic Collision race car for the 2025 season on Wednesday:

In addition to the season-opening race, Classic Collision will adorn the No. 71 Chevrolet at Circuit of the Americas (March 1), Homestead-Miami Speedway (March 22), Talladega Superspeedway (April 26), Atlanta Motor Speedway (June 27), Sonoma Raceway (July 12), Portland International Raceway (August 30), the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL (October 4), Las Vegas Motor Speedway (October 11), and Phoenix Raceway (November 1).

Classic Collision is honored to keep the partnership with Ellis rolling into 2025 with DGM Racing.

“Since the beginning of our sponsorship partnership in 2023, it has been an incredible journey watching it grow into something truly meaningful,” said Toan Nguyen, CEO of Classic Collision. “Becoming a primary partner for Ryan Ellis and the DGM Racing team is a testament to the strength of this collaboration. We’re thrilled to see what this race season brings and look forward to being part of their continued success on and off the track.”

Ellis, 35, recorded a 15th-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway last fall while driving the No. 43 Alpha Prime Racing Chevrolet. That finish was the best finish of his 11 races of Classic Collision on his car a season ago.

With 131 NASCAR Xfinity Series starts on his career resume, Ellis has made it clear that he desperately wants to notch his first top-10 finish in 2025. The driver, who has been so close, so many times to achieving the feat has a career-best finish of 11th, which he has achieved twice (Talladega in 2023, and Daytona in 2024).

Multiple seasons with Alpha Prime Racing, including a full-time season a year ago, Ellis made the painstaking decision to change teams in an effort to shake things up in hopes of gaining that extra edge of performance that will lead to consistent top-10 finishes.
