Hocevar goes through grass Las Vegas 2022
Carson Hocevar’s great race was derailed with a spin through the grass with under 40 laps left in Friday’s Truck race at Las Vegas.

With less than 40 laps to go, Carson Hocevar, who had been among the leaders in Friday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Victoria’s Voice Foundation 200 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, went for a spin through the frontstretch grass after making contact with Ryan Preece.

Hocevar lost traction in turn 4, and as he attempted to gather the truck up, he made contact with Preece, which sent him spinning into the grass. Hocevar dug hard into the grass.
