Bubba Wallace and Chris Buescher are going to have to regroup and try to rebound, after a harmless spin in the middle portion of the race’s second stage, that resulted in minimal damage to both the No. 23 and No. 17 cars.

Wallace’s spin occured when the No. 23 McDonald’s Toyota Camry made slide contact with Daniel Suarez’s No. 99, causing the 23XI Racing Camry to spin off the second corner. Chris Buescher, who was running right behind Wallace in line, also spun to avoid a major impact with the car in front, saving both drivers from getting significant damage.

Both Wallace and Buescher would continue with no additional issues, although the No. 17 Fastenal Ford Mustang would go down a lap in an attempt to return back to the track.
