It was a busy Wednesday for the No. 6 Roush Fenway Racing team.

They started things off by announcing a multi-year contract extension with Wyndham Rewards to sponsor the machine. Then they gave us a first look of the new No. 6 Oscar Mayer paint scheme for the 2020 season.

Newman spoke about the renewal with Wyndham Rewards in a team press release.

“It’s great to have Wyndham Rewards back on board,” said Newman. “They will be on the car at Las Vegas and hopefully we can reward them with a strong run and a trip to victory lane.”

Although the team did not specify the exact length of the contract, with it being multi-year it will run through at least the end of the 2021 season.

Newman and the No. 6 team raised eyebrows in 2019 as they showed stellar consistency on their path to a Playoff Berth.

Then, on the team’s twitter feed, they shared a photo of the brand new Oscar Mayer bacon Ford Mustang doing a production photo shoot.
