The starting lineup for Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Blue Cross NC 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway was set by the NASCAR Rule Book after inclement weather forced the cancellation of practice and qualifying for the event on Saturday morning.

As a result, Carson Kvapil will begin the race from the first starting position on the grid.

The JR Motorsports driver will be joined by Corey Day, last week’s race winner at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, on the front row.

Jesse Love, the defending series champion, will start third, while Rookie of the Year contender Brent Crews will start fourth, driving the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota.

Sam Mayer, Taylor Gray, Austin Hill, Sheldon Creed, William Sawalich, and Rajah Caruth will round out the top-10 starters for Saturday’s race.
