Andrew Patterson, a part-time driver and team owner in the ARCA Menards Series, will get the opportunity of a lifetime as NASCAR’s National Series return home to Charlotte Motor Speedway’s ROVAL this weekend.

Patterson, a native of Statesville, North Carolina, will attempt to make his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut this weekend, piloting the No. 32 Chevrolet for Jordan Anderson Racing.

WinSupply of Dayton and SCS Gearbox, both sponsors of his efforts in the ARCA Menards Series, will serve as primary partners of Patterson’s first Xfinity Series voyage on October 4.

While competing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (at least as a driver) will be a totally foreign experience for the 22-year-old driver, there should still be some comfort being in the garage of the second-tier series — having been a part of the Jordan Anderson Racing crew since 2020.

Patterson has been turning heads with his efforts in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East this season, debuting a brand-new organization, Andrew Patterson Racing, on a part-time basis.

In the debut race for his self-owned No. 40 Chevrolet, Patterson was able to record an organization-best sixth-place result on Memorial Day Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

That strong showing, plus additional top-10 results at Dover Motor Speedway and Kansas Speedway, have turned some heads in the garage and led to opportunities like the one he’ll have Saturday with Jordan Anderson Racing.

Those results also led to an amazing opportunity to partner with Nitro Motorsports in the ARCA Menards Series at Salem Speedway earlier this month, where Patterson finished runner-up in the No. 70 Toyota — coming up just one spot short of the victory, behind series champion Brenden Queen.

For Patterson, this weekend’s event could be pivotal in making an impression on team owners across NASCAR’s National Series, and considering the major strides that Jordan Anderson Racing has taken in their road course program this season, the 22-year-old may not be in a bad place to make something happen.

In the NASCAR Xfinity Series’ most recent road course event at Portland International Raceway (August), Jordan Anderson Racing made team history by placing three entries inside the top-10 for the first time — with Jeb Burton (P7), Austin Green (P8), and Blaine Perkins (P9).

Austin Green (who will be behind the wheel of the No. 87 Chevrolet, a fourth entry for Jordan Anderson Racing, this weekend at Charlotte’s ROVAL) has been the driving force in the improvement of the team’s road course program, collecting seven top-10s between 2024 and 2025.

Jeb Burton (Mexico and Portland) and Blaine Perkins (COTA and Portland), the two full-time competitors for Jordan Anderson Racing, have each collected two top-10 finishes in the NASCAR Xfinity Series on road courses this season.

This weekend, the quartet from Jordan Anderson Racing (Jeb Burton, Blaine Perkins, Andrew Patterson, and Austin Green) will look to further extend upon a record-breaking 15 top-10 results for the organization this season.

The Blue Cross NC 250 at Charlotte Motor Speedway’s ROVAL will take place on Saturday, October 4 at 5:00 PM ET on The CW, Performance Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
