Josh Berry will reprise his role as replacement for Michael Annett in Saturday’s Alsco Uniforms 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, JR Motorsports announced on Monday.

Annett, who continues to recover from a stress fracture in his right leg, will miss his sixth race of the year and his second consecutive event, after Berry was tapped to drive the No. 1 at Bristol. Despite the Iowa-native not qualifying for the playoffs, the organization did lock the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro into the Owners Playoffs, which begins round one at Las Vegas.

In a combined 19 starts for JR Motorsports and Jordan Anderson Racing, Berry has accumulated one win, five top-fives and 10 top-10 finishes, while leading 175 laps.
