Jade Buford Named Full-Time Driver of Big Machine Records’ New Xfinity Series Venture

Big Machine Records – owned by Scott Borchetta — will launch a brand-new venture in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2021, fielding the No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro full-time under the name ‘Big Machine Racing Team’.

Jade Buford – who ran four Xfinity Series events last season with sponsorship from Big Machine Records — will pilot the organization’s entry full-time in 2021, his first full-season campaign in NASCAR’s top-three series.

Adam Stern – from Sports Business Journal — broke the news early on Tuesday Morning, with the organization’s official announcement following shorty thereafter.

Patrick Donahue – who has served as a crew chief for SS Greenlight Racing’s No. 08 for the last two seasons — will oversee operations for ‘Big Machine Racing Team’ in 2021.
