Frontline Enterprises, who have supported Todd Gilliland for numerous years, will once again join the 21-year old driver once again as they will serve as the primary sponsor on the NASCAR Cup Series rookie contender’s No. 38 Front Row Motorsports Ford for the West Coast Swing.
Frontline will also be an associate sponsor on the No. 38 car for the duration of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season.
For Gilliland, getting the chance to work once again with his longstanding partner is special.
“Having Frontline Enterprises come on board in my first Cup Series season means so much to me,” said Gilliland. “They have been with me for the past few seasons in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and even before that. It’s really special to have them make the move with me into the NASCAR Cup Series. They are great friends and we want to have a great next three races for them.”
Frontline has seen the young racer, who is the son of former NASCAR Cup Series competitor David Gilliland, grow over the years and are excited to take the next step with him this season.
“We are really excited to move up to the NASCAR Cup Series with Todd and Front Row Motorsports,” said Brett Stevens, Owner, Frontline Enterprises. “We’ve watched Todd grow as a competitor and climb through the NASCAR ranks and cannot wait to see him tackle his rookie season.”
Gilliland had a solid showing in the 2022 Daytona 500. Although the box score shows a final result of 33rd, Gilliland was mixing it up in the front pack for the majority of the event. Gilliland finished third in Stage 1 and 10th in Stage 2 to earn nine Stage Points. Unfortunately, Gilliland’s race ended in a lap 191 crash.
The young racer will look to further impress as we head into the West Coast Swing
