Post-Race Inspection is Complete, Joey Logano Wins!

Post-race technical inspection at Michigan International Speedway is officially completed and no major infractions have been found.

Joey Logano as such is the official winner of the FireKeepers Casino 400.

The only issue found was on Daniel Suarez’s No. 41 Ford Mustang, which had one loose lugnut. That infraction will only result in a fine to his crew chief this week.

  1. Thank You! I added another post on the results page before I thought to put a thank you on this one. This makes my work go lots smoother. At first, this year, I waited to post the results until they switched to Official, but then May came and all those night races and it was getting pretty late before I could post. When I realized that they weren’t going to take away any more than probably two race wins this year, then I got braver and started posting results immediately, with the unofficial caveat…..but I was always waiting to hear from Bob……whew, now that’s over. Thank you again.
