Man, Talladega was an insanely entertaining race. There were close battles on track all race long. There was a surprise winner of Stage 1 (Ty Dillon). There were wild crashes, and in the end the sport’s most popular driver reigned supreme.

So, how did the television ratings do? Well, they didn’t decline from 2018. They didn’t increase either.

According to Sports Business Journal’s Adam Stern, the overnight ratings for Talladega were the exact same as in 2018 with a 2.8.
