The 64th running of the Coca-Cola 600 will be memorable for many reasons. It’s the first edition of the event that didn’t feature a qualifying session, as rain washed out practice and qualifying on Saturday. It also was the race that seemed like it would never happen, as persistent rain pushed the race to Monday, and an in-race rain shower delayed the race further.

But at the end of it all, Ryan Blaney emerged victorious in the No. 12 Team Penske Ford Mustang. The win, Blaney’s first in the last 59 races, was made official after his race-winning car cleared post-race inspection.

This triumph in a crown jewel event, marks the eighth victory of Blaney’s 284-race NASCAR Cup Series career.

No issues were detected throughout the field in inspection, which means all results and standings following Monday’s race are now considered official.

The No. 14 and 31 cars will head to the NASCAR R&D Center for full teardown inspection and engine dyno. The No. 19 and 48 cars will go to the R&D center for engine dyno. And the No. 38 and 43 cars will take a trip to the wind tunnel.

William Byron, Martin Truex Jr., Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick officially made up positions two through five.
