Post-race technical inspection following Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway has been completed.

Alex Bowman’s race-winning No. 48 Ally Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Bowman and his team the official winners of the race.

This marks Bowman’s seventh win of his NASCAR Cup Series career and it’s his first win of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season. Bowman took the lead three times and led a total of 16 laps on Sunday, a race where he also won Stage 1 of the event.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Sunday’s race are now considered official.

Kyle Larson, Ross Chastain, and Kyle Busch rounded out the top-five finishers in Sunday’s race.
