Chad Finchum, a long-time competitor across NASCAR’s top two series, will make his first NASCAR Cup Series start of 2025 at Texas Motor Speedway, partnering with Garage 66.

A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Finchum will pilot the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse in the Würth 400 Presented by LIQUI MOLY. Sponsorship for the event will come in the form of Hart HVAC and Winsupply.

“I am super excited to get back behind the wheel at Texas Motor Speedway on May 4 in the NASCAR Cup Series,” said Finchum. “Texas has always been very good to me, dating back to 2019 when I earned a top-15 finish in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.”

“Big shoutout to our good friends and partners at Hart HVAC & Electric and Winsupply of Fort Worth for coming aboard for this race, and thanks to Garage 66 for the opportunity. Let’s make some noise and bring home a great result.”

The 30-year-old driver has made seven starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Texas Motor Speedway and additional starts in the NASCAR Cup Series. Next weekend’s event at Texas will mark Finchum’s 10th start at NASCAR’s top level, and his second at Texas.

Hart HVAC & Electric will adorn the hood of Finchum’s entry at Texas. Founded in 199, the company has been providing expert A/C, heating, and electrical services for families and businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with great customer service and a 5.0 rating from nearly 1,700 Google reviews.

Winsupply of Fort Worth will ride on the quarter panels of the Ford Mustang Dark Horse. The company supplies HVAC products from the best brands in the industry, carrying the advantages of being a large, nationwide supplier while maintaining local accountability.

“I am looking forward to bringing Chad [Finchum] back to Texas, a track where he had one of his biggest stand-out drives in the Xfinity Series in our equipment,” said Garage 66 co-owner Carl Long. “We have notes from intermediate tracks last year. This should give us a solid foundation with Chad for our Cup setup. I know Chad is up for this challenge and will give us great feedback as we have 400 miles to adjust it on Sunday.”

The NASCAR Cup Series Würth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway will take place on Sunday, May 4 at 3:30 PM ET on FOX Sports 1.
