Benebone, a leading American brand of durable dog toys, is extending its relationship with NASCAR Cup Series operation Front Row Motorsports for a third season.

The company, which has partnered with Michael McDowell and the No. 34 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for a total of four events over the last two seasons, will pivot its support to the No. 38 and driver Zane Smith.

After spending 2022 and 2023 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for Front Row Motorsports – where, in 2023, he had Benebone as an associate sponsor – Smith returns to the organization as a NASCAR Cup Series driver in 2025.

Benebone will serve as a three-race primary sponsor for Smith and the No. 38 team, beginning with the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Memorial Day Weekend (May 25).

The primarily green colors will return to the No. 38 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for an additional two events, one at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in June, and the other during the NASCAR Playoffs at Talladega Superspeedway in October,

For Smith, the partnership with Benebone is the perfect pairing, as he is a proud parent of two dogs, Roxy and Kygo.

“I’m excited to reignite my partnership with Benebone,” said Smith. “My dogs are a huge part of my life, so it’s great to have a partner who understands this special connection. I’m inspired by Benebone’s commitment to creating long-lasting toys that dogs love. Hopefully, I can repay them with a trip to Victory Lane.”

During its four-race NASCAR Cup Series tenure with Michael McDowell over the last two seasons, Benebone has been a primary sponsor for a pole and two top-10 finishes.

Over the last two seasons, Michael McDowell has brought Benebone a pair of top-10 finishes, as well as a pole award at Atlanta Motor Speedway last Spring.

“We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Front Row Motorsports and Zane Smith for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season,” said Nate Harceg, Benebone’s Chief Growth Officer. “The NASCAR community’s passion and loyalty have been incredible, and Zane is a fantastic ambassador for our brand. As a company built on making lives better for dogs and their humans, we’re excited to connect with fans on and off the track and share our mission with even more dog lovers this season.”

The No. 38 Benebone Ford Mustang will hit the racetrack for the first time on Sunday, May 25 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Coverage of the event will be at 6:00 PM ET on Amazon Prime Video, PRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90).
