Brett Moffitt is the winner of Stage 2 of Saturday’s NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series Vankor 350 at Texas Motor Speedway. Moffitt scored the Stage win thanks to a strategy move that gave him the top spot with just a few laps left in Stage 2.

When Jordan Anderson crashed with around five laps remaining, Kyle Busch and the majority of the field pitted for fresh tires, however Moffitt and nine of his closest friends stayed on track.

Moffitt got a good restart and when Tate Fogleman was sent spinning on the final lap of the Stage after contact with Derek Kraus, it secured the Playoff point for Moffitt.

Matt Crafton was second in the Stage and he was followed by Tyler Ankrum, Ben Rhodes and Zane Smith rounded out the top-five in Stage 2.

Christian Eckes, Kraus, Ryan Truex, Ross Chastain and Grant Enfinger made up positions six through 10.

Kyle Busch, who won Stage 1, finished 12th in Stage 1, but he is in a great position for the final Stage as the drivers who stayed out at the end of Stage 2 will have to pit at the beginning of the final Stage.
