BJ McLeod will drive this No. 78 Premiere Business Investments, LLC Ford Mustang this weekend in the Ruoff Mortgage 500 at Phoenix Raceway.

The No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports team has been pumping out new sponsorship partners week-in and week-out to start the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season. The team will welcome yet another new partner in Sunday’s Ruoff Mortgage 500 at Phoenix Raceway as Premiere Business Investments, LLC will bring their red, white and yellow colors to the car.

Premier Business Investments, which has been representing buyers and sellers of single family homes and condos in the Gilbert, Chandler and Tempe, Arizona area since 1999, is ready for their first foray in NASCAR.

“Premier Business Investments is excited to team up with Live Fast as we feel strongly about TEAMWORK and find that Live Fast shares this value with Premier Business Investments,” said Mark Lepire, President of Premier Business Investments, LLC. “Best of luck to the entire #78 Team. Our entire family at Premier Business Investments will be watching and cheering you all on.”

In addition to Premiere Business Investments serving as the primary sponsor, the team will have associate sponsorship from Brand South Africa, a company that was founded in 2002 to help create a positive and compelling brand image for South Africa.

“NASCAR is one of the leading sports in North America in terms of popularity,” says Mudunwazi Baloyi, Brand South Africa’s Country Head for North America. “The sport has live television audiences ranging from 2 – 9 million viewers per race and is home to multiple Fortune 100 & 500 companies. This makes it an ideal marketing platform from which we can promote South Africa, not only as an investment destination but as a country from which to source goods and services as well as for business tourism and leisure.”

BJ McLeod, who has driven all three NASCAR Cup Series races this season for Live Fast Motorsports, the team he co-owns with Matt Tifft, will once again return to drive the No. 78 in Phoenix.

McLeod, 38, has finished inside the top-30 in every NASCAR Cup Series race this season and scored his season’s best finish of 22nd at Fontana, the second race of the year.
