The calamity turned out to be compelling television, as the TV numbers are in from Sunday’s race.

Viewership was up seven-percent from 2019’s edition of the Clash. 2.455-million people tuned into FS1’s coverage, which was up from 2.294-million a year ago. The 2020 Busch Clash registered the most viewers for this race since the 2014 running, according to Sports Business Journal.
