Frankie Muniz has added some races to his 2024 racing calendar as he’ll pilot some Reaume Brothers Racing Fords. The driver and team announced on Wednesday that Muniz will run three NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events, and one ARCA Menards Series event for the organization this season.

Muniz, 38, will make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut behind the wheel of the No. 22 Reaume Brothers Racing Ford F-150 at Nashville Superspeedway on Friday, June 28.

While Muniz awaits his next NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series start for the team, he will pilot the Reaume Brothers Racing ARCA Menards Series entry at Michigan International Speedway on August 16.

The Scottsdale, Arizona native ran a full-time ARCA Menards Series schedule in 2023 for Rette Jones Racing and ended up finishing fourth in the championship standings that season.

After his ARCA start for the Reaume team, Muniz will return to the RBR truck for the September 19 event at Bristol Motor Speedway and again in the September 27 event at Kansas Speedway.

While the partnership is currently slated for a four-race deal, Reaume Brothers Racing hopes sponsorship can be secured to extend that effort for Muniz this season.

“Frankie brings a very unique opportunity to our race team in both his relationship with Ford Performance and his identity away from the racetrack,” Josh Reaume, team owner of Reaume Brothers Racing said in a team release. “We are excited to expand our relationship with Ford and also leverage on Frankie’s popularity to attract more partnerships and expand our racing schedule over time.”

Muniz, who has had a rough stretch of attempts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series driving for the Joey Gase Motorsports team this season, is excited to give the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series a try with the Reaume team.

“I’m really excited to begin my NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series career with Reaume Brothers Racing. I visited the shop a few weeks ago, and I am very impressed with what all Josh (Reaume) has done to elevate his program,” Muniz explained. “Being able to align myself with a program that is growing rapidly will only further elevate my performance behind the wheel. This year being a continued year of development in my career, it feels reassuring to partner with a program quickly developing to be a race-winning and championship-contending organization. I’m prepared to take on Nashville in the No. 22 Ford F-150!”

The Reaume Brothers Racing team has certainly carried more speed onto the race track in 2024 than they have in previous seasons. Lawless Alan, the team’s full-time driver of the No. 33 entry, sits 25th in the NASCAR Truck Series championship standings, and has secured three top-15 finishes through the opening 12 races of the season.
