Racing America and TobyChristie.com have formed a strategic partnership, which will see both platforms elevate.

On Wednesday, July 13th, Racing America and TobyChristie.com jointly announced the formation of a strategic partnership between the two platforms that will broaden and deepen the coverage of both entities by sharing assets, resources, personnel, and services to help fuel growth across both platforms.

As part of the newly-formed relationship, Toby Christie has been named Editor-in-Chief of RacingAmerica.com and its entire digital platform, a role he will undertake in addition to his duties as Editor-in-Chief of TobyChristie.com.

Additionally, the website’s current editorial staff, including TobyChristie.com Managing Editor Joseph Srigley, will transition into providing content for RacingAmerica.com, in addition to their duties providing state-of-the-art content for TobyChristie.com.

Racing America will benefit from the in-depth coverage that TobyChristie.com has been providing for all three of NASCAR’s National Series – the NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series – since 2019, alongside coverage of the NTT IndyCar Series.

Meanwhile, TobyChristie.com will broaden its coverage to cater to the short track and pavement racing communities that Racing America has specialized in, while also gaining deeper access to the NASCAR Cup Series organizations.

Finally, both sites will look to share advertising and sponsorship opportunities, in order to create additional reach, scale, and viewership.

“We have been working with Toby behind the scenes for a number of months now and have been very impressed with his team’s dedication, work ethic, and commitment to creating great racing content,” said Colin Smith, President of Racing America. “Hiring Toby as our new Editor-in-Chief and formalizing this partnership will immediately have a positive impact on all of our racing coverage.”

Since the inception of TobyChristie.com, the goal has always been to cover the storylines surrounding the top athletes in the world of NASCAR, the underdogs, and everybody in between, with the mantra that everyone in the sport of auto racing has a story, and they all should have a chance for their story to be told.

“Officially rolling out this strategic partnership is something that has been a goal that has been months in the making, and the Racing America team taking a chance on myself, Joseph Srigley, and our entire staff is not a decision that is lost on me,” said Toby Christie, founder of TobyChristie.com. “I take extreme pride in being part of the Racing America team, which has tirelessly covered the world of short track racing and NASCAR.

“I look forward to bringing my knowledge and inside track of the NASCAR National Series ranks to Racing America. I feel like together, we can form an incredible one-two punch of local and national short track pavement racing, NASCAR National Series, and IndyCar Series content that fans of racing desperately crave.”

Racing America, launched in 2021 by RTA Media Holdings, LLC, provides intricate grassroots pavement racing coverage from all across the country, while also providing a deep dive into content from NASCAR Cup Series teams.

Through RacingAmerica.tv, the platform streams more than 250 motorsports events each year and produces a wide-spanning range of motorsports content for its fans and partners. RTA Media Holdings LLC is an affiliate of the Race Team Alliance, which between all of its platforms, holds more than 10 million followers across all of its social media and digital platforms.
