Denny Hamlin pulled off the win after a wild day of racing in Sunday’s AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway. Hamlin scored the win after a last-lap incident with Kyle Larson, as the two were battling for the win down the backstretch.

As Larson crashed into the outside wall, Hamlin went on to score his 49th-career NASCAR Cup Series win, and his first victory of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Hamlin’s race-winning No. 11 FedEx Toyota Camry passed post-race inspection, which locked him in as the official winner of Sunday’s race. No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Sunday’s race are now considered official.

Larson officially ended the race in second place, while William Byron, Bubba Wallace and Ross Chastain rounded out the top-five finishers in the race.

While there were no issues in post-race inspection, NASCAR will take the No. 1, 3, 4, 22, and 19 car to the wind tunnel for further inspection after this weekend’s race.
