Noah Gragson and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB will have primary sponsorship from Wendy’s on the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro for the NASCAR Cup Series season-opening Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.
For Bruce Mosley, the team’s President of Business Operations, the partnership with Wendy’s is an impactful one.
“This is a great partnership for LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, Wendy’s, Noah Gragson, and fans of NASCAR,” said Mosley. “The DAYTONA 500 is the sport’s biggest stage so it’s a perfect place to show off the best in beef. I’m excited to see what Noah does on the track and what we, at LEGACY MOTOR CLUB and Wendy’s, can do off the track through our partnership.”
Wendy’s, an iconic fast-food dining establishment, sees Gragson and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB as a perfect match for its business.
“Partnering with Noah Gragson and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB is a no-brainer — they both know a thing or two about a good beef and about being the best in their field,” said Carl Loredo, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer for The Wendy’s Company. “When NASCAR fans see the No. 42, they know a champion is behind the wheel. Similarly, when Wendy’s fans see the square, they know they’re getting the very best hamburger. We can’t wait to celebrate alongside NASCAR fans and give them an all-access pass to the best in beef all weekend long at Daytona.”

Gragson struck up a partnership with Wendy’s during the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season, as the company sponsored his efforts in the No. 62 Beard Motorsports Chevrolet at Talladega Superspeedway.
The Las Vegas native is never one to back down, which he feels makes him the right guy to showcase a brand known for serving up beef.
“Welcoming Wendy’s on my No. 42 Chevy in the NASCAR Cup Series is just perfect. I love their food and I’m not afraid of a little beef,” said Gragson. “The partnership matches my personality, and we (me and the fans) are going to have fun with it. For my first Daytona with LEGACY MOTOR CLUB and the No. 42 team, I can’t wait to get on the track and give it our all.”
The 24-year old Gragson is coming off of an incredible campaign in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2022. Gragson won a series-high eight races in 2022, and scored 21 top-five finishes along with 26 top-10s over the course of the 33-race schedule.
Gragson ended up second in the championship standings to Ty Gibbs.
In 18 NASCAR Cup Series starts a season ago, Gragson had a season’s best finish of fifth, which came in the Summer event at Daytona International Speedway. With that being said, confidence has to be at a high for Gragson as he prepares to enter back through the tunnel at Daytona International Speedway for his second-career start in the Daytona 500.
