A large portion of the SRX field were involved in a crash on lap 2 of Heat 1 at Sharon Speedway. The crash started when Paul Tracy spun with Michael Waltrip.

On lap 2 of Heat 1 of Saturday’s SRX season finale, Paul Tracy made contact with Michael Waltrip, while battling for second place. This sent Tracy spinning. Blaney had nowhere to go and after Blaney was involved, Chase Elliott, Matt Kenseth and Tony Kanaan were involved as well.

Kanaan slammed head-on into Blaney, which appeared to knock oil lines off the car and potentially damaged the radiator.
