Video: Watch a Championship Edition of Sounding the Dawsonville Pool Room Sireen For Chase Elliott

The sireen is still blaring Sunday night, an hour after Chase Elliott’s victory which led to his first career NASCAR Cup Series championship.


The Sireen has sounded for the fifth time in 2020 as Chase Elliott captured the win in Sunday’s NASACR Cup Series Season Finale 500 at Phoenix Raceway. However, this time things are bit more special as Chase Elliott snagged the first NASCAR Cup Series championship for a Georgia-native since his father Bill Elliott won the title in 1988.

The Pool Room has also changed the marquee out front indicating Chase Elliott is the champion:
