Final practice for Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series championship-deciding race has been cancelled due to persistent rain at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and NASCAR has announced that the session will not be rescheduled and an additional session will not be added for teams to tweak the setups on their cars.

Opening practice on Friday, was ended after rain started just 13 minutes into the session.

In the season’s most important race, Xfinity Series teams received less than 20 minutes of on-track time to get their cars right. This should make for an interesting event on Saturday.
