Brad Keselowski and Team Penske are absolutely rolling in 2019 as they now have four wins in the first 12 races of the year. Keselowski has now accounted for three of those wins, but there are some interesting observations that I had about this latest victory where he bested Alex Bowman in the Digital Ally 400 at Kansas.

Did you know that this is the fastest into a season that Keselowski has ever reached three victories? The fastest Keselowski had ever reached a trio of victories before Saturday’s triumph, was race 17 of the 2012 season.

The most races Keselowski has ever won in a season was six in 2014. He’s already half way there at just the one-third mark of the season.

By winning for the third time on Saturday, Keselowski also ensured that this is the fourth-consecutive season that he has scored at least three victories. That’s a pretty impressive stat, and when you look at Keselowski’s career overall he has three or more wins in seven of his 10 full-time Monster Energy Cup Series seasons.

Another fun fact, is that Saturday’s win was Keselowski’s 30th in the Cup Series which ties him with his former Team Penske teammate Kurt Busch for 26th on the all-time series wins list.

I hope you enjoyed what I believe are some interesting observations that I had following Brad Keselowski’s latest win.
