Video: Point Leader Kyle Busch Makes Contact With Wall, Down Two Laps Early in Las Vegas

Kyle Busch, who came into Las Vegas Motor Speedway as the point lead, started the day from 20th position, and over the first handful of laps he wasn’t able to make much headway toward the front of the field. While trying to push his car forward, Busch lost the handle a bit and slapped the wall on lap six of Sunday’s South Point 400.

Busch was able to keep running, but would hit pit road under green at lap 12 to fix the damage.

Now, Busch is over two laps down in Stage 1 of the opening race of the 2019 NASCAR Playoffs.
