The 2019 Daytona 500 was a spectacle. There was plenty of side-by-side racing for the lead and all through the wild pack of cars. There was a massive 21-car melee. And in the end there was a feel-good story in victory lane.
So, was it a good race?
Each week Jeff Gluck (of JeffGluck.com) tweets a good race poll. This week, the poll received more than 25,000 votes. This make’s the 2019 Daytona 500 the most voted on poll in the history of Gluck running the poll.
So what was the consensus?
Was the Daytona 500 a good race? After more than 25,000 votes (by far the most ever), 80 percent of you said Yes.
That’s lower than last year (84 pct) but higher than 2017 (75 pct).
