Throughout the inaugural season of the Camping World SRX Series, Paul Tracy has taken on the role of the aggressor, but in the first heat of Saturday NIght’s event at Slinger Speedway, Tracy was on the receiving end, as contact from Ernie Fracis Jr sent the Lime Green No. 13 spinning around.

When attempting to rejoin the track and prepare to restart the event, Tracy got stuck on the extremely large banking between the apron and the racing surface, leaving his vehicle immobile. The AMR Safety Team would have to retrieve Tracy’s car and set him free to return to racing, but not before driving around the track and slamming into Ernie Francis Jr’s No. 2.

The first heat race would come to an end shortly thereafter, when Tracy cut down a right front tire on the restart, slamming the outside wall and heading to pit road.
