Landon Huffman, the 2022 Hickory Motor Speedway track champion, will chase back-to-back track championships with returning partners. The Claremont, North Carolina native announced that Bumgarner Propane and its subsidiary Cubbard Express will return to support his efforts in 2023.

Bumgarner Propane and Cubbard Express will serve as associate sponsors for the full season of Huffman’s back-to-back Hickory track championship quest. As previously announced, Sugarlands Distilling Company’s High Rock Vodka will serve as Huffman’s primary sponsor for the entirety of the 2023 Hickory Motor Speedway track championship season.

High Rock Vodka began its partnership with Huffman last August at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

Bumgarner Oil Company, which partnered with Huffman for some races in 2022, has enjoyed its partnership with the 27-year-old racer and feel he meshes well with the company’s values.

“We are so excited to be partnering with Landon Huffman and Huffman Racing again this year,” Zach Bumgarner, Vice President of Bumgarner Oil Company said in a press release. “Landon’s passion goes far beyond the racetrack – he truly values his community and takes pride in his roots which aligns with who we are as a company.”

With his 2022 track championship, Huffman joined his father Robert Huffman as a Hickory Motor Speedway track champion. If Huffman can achieve the 2023 track championship, he will equal his father’s record as a two-time Hickory Motor Speedway track champion.

The associate sponsorship on the No. 75 NASCAR late model stock at Hickory Motor Speedway is just part of the 2023 partnership between Bumgarner Propane, Cubbard Express, and Huffman Racing.

The brands will provide primary sponsorship for Huffman’s No. 75 limited late model in two races this season. And Bumgarner Propane and Cubbard Express will also provide co-primary sponsorship of Huffman Racing’s No. 37 limited late model for four races at Hickory. That entry will be driven by Travis “Moonhead” Brown.

Those reading this story thinking they recognize Brown’s name have probably found themselves watching his popular Mooncar iRacing series.
