Our Motorsports, the team that fields full-time NASCAR Xfinity Series entries for Brett Moffitt, Anthony Alfredo and Jeb Burton, announced a new partnership with Good Money Motorsports on Thursday afternoon.
According to a press release from Our Motorsports, Good Money Motorsports is a newly formed LLC, which is based in Virginia. The LLC was co-founded by Arlis “Vic” Reynolds, who owns The Original Larry’s Hard Lemonade Brewing Co. and Jack Perone Fulton, who is the Founder and CEO of International Championship Boxing LLC.
According to Our Motorsports team owner Chris Our, the partnership with Good Money Motorsports will allow the organization to reach the pinnacle of the NASCAR Xfinity Series ranks.
“The financial investment Good Money Motorsports has made in our race team combined with the experience Vic and Jack bring, will help Our Motorsports reach its goals of winning races and competing for championship,” Our said.
For Good Money Motorsports, this is the latest step in their NASCAR journey, which began with Larry’s Lemonade as a sponsor in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Ryan Sieg and later Brandon Brown.
“It’s a natural progression for us,” Fulton explained. “Vic is a United States military veteran who has built a strong presence in NASCAR for The Original Larry’s Hard Lemonade family of companies. From the Larry’s Lemonade Chaos Corner at Richmond Raceway, Larry’s Backyard Pavilion at Langley Motor Speedway and the soon to be announced venture in Miami and Key West Florida, coupled with his years of experience as a sponsor of working with multiple NASCAR teams, two things are for certain, we understand what sponsors want and most importantly, we know how to win. And that’s why we made this investment. We want to win and provide our sponsors more than a sticker on a car.”
As part of the deal, not only will Good Money Motorsports LLC become part-owners of the Our Motorsports NASCAR Xfinity Series organization, but Larry’s Lemonade will also serve as a primary sponsor for Our Motorsports cars and the brand will also partner for track activation elements.
After two races in the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, Our Motorsports’ Anthony Alfredo, who drives the team’s No. 23 entry, is eighth in the championship standings. Alfredo has finished inside the top-10 in both races this season, and he even finished inside the top-five at Auto Club Speedway after a pit strategy gave him fresher tires than the rest of the field in the closing laps of the race.
Jeb Burton sits 14th in the championship standings, while Moffitt — who has had rough luck in the opening two races — sits 31st in the point standings.
