As Nick Sanchez fights to put himself and Rev Racing into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Playoffs this season, the penultimate event of the regular season at Pocono Raceway will provide a major opportunity for the organization.

The native of Miami, Florida, will lead the field to green in Saturday’s CRC Brakleen 150 at Pocono Raceway, after collecting his series-leading fourth pole of the season in Friday’s single-truck session, posting a lap of 53.265 seconds (168.966mph).

Jake Garcia, a fellow Rookie of The Year contender in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series this season, will start alongside Sanchez on the front row, with a career-best starting spot in the No. 35 Adaptive One Calipers Chevrolet Silverado.

Grant Enfinger and Carson Hocevar will share the second row for Saturday’s 150-mile contest, while Austin Hill, running a one-off for Spire Motorsports, completed the top five in qualifying.

Zane Smith, Rajah Caruth, Matt DiBenedetto, Corey Heim, and Chase Purdy will complete the first five rows when the field takes the green flag in the heat of the afternoon in Pocono, Pennsylvania.

Kyle Busch, making his fifth and final appearance of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season in Saturday’s event, will start from 12th place in his No. 51 Zariz Transport Chevrolet Silverado for Kyle Busch Motorsports.

Christopher Bell and Ross Chastain, also full-time drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series, will start from 14th and 23rd, driving for Hattori Racing Enterprises and Niece Motorsports, respectively.

With 39 trucks entered in Saturday’s event at ‘The Tricky Triangle’, Norm Benning (#6), Chad Chastain (#20), and Brayn Dauzat (#28) all failed to qualify for the event, as a result of not having the owner points necessary for a points provisional.
