The No. 47 Mike Harmon Racing entry will have a bold, new look this weekend, in the NASCAR Xfinity Series SRS Distribution 250 at Texas Motor Speedway, as American Scroll will join the team as their primary sponsor for the race.

And the company is pumped to be dipping into their first-ever NASCAR paint scheme.

“We are pleased to announce our sponsorship with Mike Harmon Racing,” said Weldon Lister, Owner of American Scroll Inc. “MHR’s Xfinity series Camaro Number 47 will be the first ever NASCAR embellished with the hand drawn art of American Scroll ….so lookout fans, here we come!!!”

The car will be piloted by Brennan Poole, who has driven the No. 47 entry for a large portion of the 2022 season, and the car will have additional sponsorship from Barranti Leather Company, Hope For Heroes Texas, Kilo Charlie Tactics, Smitty’s Beard Sauce, Save 22 and UncleSi.

Poole, a native of Texas, is excited to get back to work at the track in his home state.

“I love going home to Texas and racing,” Poole stated in the release. “It’s special to race in front of your home crowd and feel their support. It’s even cooler to have Uncle Si and American Scroll on the car for the race weekend.”

Additionally, it’ll feel like a homecoming as well for his crew chief Ryan Bell, who first worked with Poole at this racetrack a few years ago.

“Brennan and I worked together for the first time, at Texas Motor Speedway, in 2018,” Bell recalls. “We had a very strong night, and I look forward to another great run with the MHR American Scroll Chevrolet. Having the chance to represent such an amazing company and showcase Brennan’s talents, will make Texas a very special weekend for this race team.”

The No. 47 team has a best finish of 21st this season, which was achieved by Gray Gaulding, who was behind the wheel at Talladega Superspeedway. Poole and the MHR team will aim their sights on bettering that finish this weekend at TMS.
