Sammy Smith is officially the fourth-youngest winner in the history of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, winning Saturday’s United Rentals 200 at Phoenix Raceway.

Smith, driving the No. 18 Pilot/Flying J Toyota GR Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing, has officially passed all aspects of NASCAR’s post-race technical inspection. The completion of inspection was announced by NASCAR at 8:36 PM ET.

The victory is the first in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Sammy Smith, and the 195th in the series for Joe Gibbs Racing, who last visited the victory lane with John Hunter Nemechek two weeks ago at Auto Club Speedway.

With inspection finished, Ryan Truex, Sheldon Creed, Riley Herbst, and Chandler Smith will officially complete the top-five. All results and point standings distributed by NASCAR are now deemed to be official.
