Bommarito Automotive Group will serve as a multi-race primary sponsor of Ben Rhodes and ThorSport Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, starting at Kansas.

Putting together a multi-race sponsorship deal in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Bommarito Automotive Group is now scheduled to have a sponsorship presence in each of NASCAR’s National divisions in 2023.

On Wednesday, ThorSport Racing announced that the company, which has had a long-term commitment to motorsports, will serve as a primary sponsor of Ben Rhodes and the No. 99 Ford F-150, starting Saturday at Kansas Speedway.

“We’re excited to be on board for multiple races this season,” said John Bommarito, President of Bommarito Automotive Group. “This is a unique opportunity to partner with ThorSport Racing bringing together the longest-running team in the NASCAR Truck Series and Missouri’s No. 1 Automotive Group.”

While the company is known for its sponsorship of the annual Bommarito Automotive Group 500 in the NTT IndyCar Series, the company has branched out to sponsorship in each of NASCAR’s top-three series.

For several years, Bommarito has partnered with Jordan Anderson and has now formed Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport, which fields two full-time entries in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for Jeb Burton and Parker Retzlaff.

Additionally, the company has partnered with Erik Jones and LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, to sponsor the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro at World Wide Technology Raceway later this season, the NASCAR Cup Series’ second trip to the St. Louis facility.

We’re thrilled to be back in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, and to be partnering with ThorSport and driver Ben Rhodes for multiple races in 2023, with one being in our hometown at Worldwide Technology Raceway on June 3,” Chuck Wallis, Vice President and General Manager, Bommarito Automotive Group.”

Rhodes, who captured the 2021 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series title, enters Saturday’s event at Kansas Speedway with 10 starts at the 1.5-mile facility, scoring two top-five and five top-10 runs at the track.

This season, the driver of the No. 99 sits third in NASCAR Truck Series point standings, having put together two top-five and five top-10 results in seven starts this season, but has yet to secure a spot in victory lane.
