Video: Noah Gragson Goes Hard Into Wall, After Ross Chastain Doesn’t Lift

Cautions breed cautions. The old adage turned true Saturday in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Production Alliance Group 300 at Auto Club Speedway.

On a restart with 54 laps to go, Noah Gragson came off of turn two looking to work his way into the high line. As Gragson cut his car to the right, Ross Chastain’s No. 10 car was there. Chastain didn’t lift and Gragson went hard into the wall.

Both drivers suffered a good bit of damage in the incident.

Gragson had been having a great start to the season, as he sat second in the Xfinity Series point standings heading into the weekend. Gragson scored his first-career Xfinity Series win in the season-opening event at Daytona.
