Joe Graf Jr. and Gray Gaulding ended up rolling around on the ground, following a post-race scuffle in the NASCAR Xfinity Series garage at Martinsville Speedway.

The former teammates at SS Greenlight Racing – who fielded the No. 07 for Graf in today’s race and fielded Gaulding’s No. 08 in 2019, which Graf subsequently took over the following year — were involved in a Lap 177 incident at the half-mile paperclip, which also collected Blaine Perkins.

The accident occured when Gaulding’s No. 52 got into the back of Graf’s No. 07, sending both Graf and Perkins (No. 23) into the outside wall. Graf would be forced to retire from the event, while Gaulding was able to continue and earn a 21st-place result for Jimmy Means Racing.
