Scott Osteen, who lived out a lifelong dream of being a team owner in the NASCAR National Series this past season as he founded the No. 21 Floridian Motorsports entry in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, will become part of the ownership group of the Joey Gase Motorsports NASCAR Xfinity Series team in 2025.

According to a social media post from Joey Gase Motorsports, the team will be known as Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen next season.

The Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen team, which has had a few different ownership partners since its inception in 2022, has one top-10 finish in 133 starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. The team has an average finish of 27.7.

The team, which fields the No. 35 entry full-time and another part-time entry, the No. 53, played host to 16 different drivers behind the wheel of its race cars in 2024.

Gase, himself, ran the most races for the organization this past season with 14 starts. Other drivers, who took a turn behind the wheel of a Gase car in 2024, included Thomas Annunziata, Morgen Baird, Logan Bearden, Chad Finchum, Alex Labbe, Mason Maggio, Stephen Mallozzi, Frankie Muniz, Akinori Ogata, Glen Reen, Garrett Smithley, David Starr, Carson Ware, Armani Williams, and JJ Yeley.

Osteen’s Floridian Motorsports team competed in nine NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events in 2024, and the team scored a best finish of 18th with Mason Maggio behind the wheel at Talladega Superspeedway.

In addition to Maggio, who made seven starts with Floridian Motorsports, Sage Karam and Jayson Alexander also made a start in the No. 21 Floridian Motorsports truck.
