JD Motorsports shared on Friday that Ryan Vargas’ No. 6 Camaro will add a few new partners for the Michigan race weekend in ExperienceJackson.com and Emerald Lawn and Landscaping.

“Beyond excited to welcome Experience Jackson onboard our #6 JD Motorsports Camaro this weekend at Michigan,” Vargas told TobyChristie.com. “Jackson, Michigan is full of some incredible Midwest Charm, and I’m excited to represent them this weekend! Make sure to visit experiencejackson.com to plan your stay in the city that feels it was made for you!”

“With as well-known and respected as NASCAR and Michigan International Speedway is around the state and throughout Jackson County, Experience Jackson is proud to partner and show our support in this way,” said Craig Hatch, President/CEO of Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and Experience Jackson.

While the team helped nail down Experience Jackson, Emerald Lawn and Landscaping came from Vargas’ own marketing ability.

Vargas appeared for sponsor MaintenX at the CONNEX 2021 National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland, earlier this month. It was here that he crossed paths with dozens of other companies, including Emerald.

As Vargas explained, “I met Scott Smith, the President of Emerald, and he wanted to help any way he could! Always awesome to build partnerships like this through meeting at conventions and such!”

The fan-favorite driver has found multiple partners on his own during the 2021 season, including the Big Squeezy, a juice bar chain owned by NFL Runningback Alvin Kamara.

The 20-year-old has never visited the Michigan International Speedway before as a driver, and this weekend will serve as his first bout with the venue. Vargas is in the midst of his third season with JD Motorsports, his first in which he is full-time. Vargas has recorded five top 20 finishes this season, everywhere from road courses, superspeedways, and intermediates. He placed a season-best of 14th at Atlanta in July.

Fans can see the No. 6 ExperienceJackson.com Camaro hit the track on Saturday, August 21 at 3 PM EST on NBCSN.
