It’s already been a fantastic week for Josh Berry and JR Motorsports, but the good news doesn’t stop there, as it was announced on Thursday Morning that Harrison’s Work Wear will join the multi-car organization as a primary sponsor of Berry’s No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro in 2022.

Harrison’s Work Wear – a family-owned chain of retail stores across North and South Carolina, and the largest Ariat and Carhartt dealers in the Southeast — will adorn the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro in eight NASCAR Xfinity Series events next season, as Berry looks to collect a championship in his first full-season in NASCAR’s top-three series.

“We’ve always felt a lot pride in having a family-owned business,” said Kelley Earnhardt Miller, JRM general manager. “Danny [Harrison] and his family share those same values. They’ve seen and believe in Josh’s potential. We’re looking forward to helping Harrison’s expand its brand next year and into the future.”

After standing out in a 12-race stint with the organization in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this season, alongside impressive performances for both Jordan Anderson Racing and Rackley W.A.R. this season, Berry was officially announced as the full-time driver of the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro in 2022.

“For the Harrison’s brand and family, this was just a perfect combination,” said Kevin Harrison, vice president of Harrison’s. “As we looked for new and engaging ways to expand our brand and footprint, working with JR Motorsports and helping Josh with the next chapter in his career were ideal scenarios. This isn’t just sponsorship, we see this as the beginning of a long relationship with Josh, the Earnhardt family and all of JR Motorsports.”

In addition to the announcement of a full-time ride, Berry and JR Motorsports announced on Wednesday that Tire Pros would return to the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro for nine events in 2022, solidifying a half-season of sponsorship for the entry, with the season still six months away from beginning.

“I’ve known the Harrison family for a while now,” said Berry. “I’ve raced against Late Models carrying the Harrison brand many times over the years. Now, it’s great to finally have them on our racecars. Family is very important to them, so it’s a great fit. I can’t thank Danny [Harrison] and his son, Kevin, enough for believing in me and giving me the chance to represent them.”

Additional details on the sponsorship schedule for Harrison’s Work Wear will be announced at a later date, as will any additional marketing partners for the No. 8 in 2022.
