Alpha Prime Racing announced its crew chief lineup for the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series season via a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday.

The team will lean on a very experienced crew chief lineup as Mike Hillman Sr. will serve as the crew chief for Ryan Ellis and the No. 43 Chevrolet Camaro team and Frank Kerr will be atop the pit box for Brennan Poole and the No. 44 team.

Hillman, who has four wins as a crew chief in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition, served as a crew chief in the series a season ago for SS Green Light Racing in 17 events before moving to Alpha Prime Racing for seven races.

The 69-year-old has been a crew chief in 558 NASCAR National Series events.

Kerr, 63, is a two-time race-winning crew chief in NASCAR Xfinity Series competition. Kerr has served as a crew chief for Alpha Prime Racing in 61 races since the start of the 2020 season.

Derek Peebles, the Competition Director and Crew Chief for the Alpha Prime Development Late Model Stock Team, will serve as the crew chief for the part-time No. 45 team this season.

Michael Brandt, who served as the crew chief for Ellis for the duration of the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, has apparently left the organization.
